Novena to "Little Rose" 0 Lord, in these days when souls are hungering for pleasure and devoured by greed, who refuse to renounce themselves to "Take up their cross and follow You". You have raised in our midst Little Rose, who during her life kept her eyes on the Passion and responding to Your call became a victim, so that she might, as Saint Paul says, complete in herself the things that were lacking in Your sufferings.(Col.1:24) Touched with this excess of love and spirit of renunciation in a world of ingratitude, You have vouchsafed, 0 Lord to bestow the Stigmata of Your Sacred Wounds on your servant Rose. We beseech You, 0 Lord, to make known the powerful intercession of Your servant by hearing the prayers we are offering in union with hers. Grant, not only the petition of this novena, but also the grace to follow You who art the Way, the Truth and the Life. Be in our midst, O Lord, as we unite our prayer with that of Little Rose. Amen.
